I work with leaders, emerging leaders, and teams in the health care and non-profit sectors to cultivate great leadership and align teams for success through complex change and growth.
Coaching is client-led. We will focus on the areas of growth that have the most meaning to each individual. As a coach, I will facilitate a process that leads to insights, clarity, and action through an appreciative inquiry process that grounds each client in their unique and authentic leadership style and supports each client to fulfill their personal purpose.
I use a combination of powerful questions, supportive feedback and observations, and a little bit of homework to support each client to define their leadership goals and develop the skills and insights to make those goals a reality.
